What do you love most about teaching barre?

The energy students bring to the room and the audible sighs of relief when thigh work is over!

Brooke Fleurent (she/her)

Brooke first discovered barre in 2018 at a local gym and instantly fell in love with the unique way the classes challenged her both physically and mentally. She became intrigued with the strong emphasis placed both on the quality of each movement and the importance of alignment. Trained under Elizabeth April, Brooke completed her barre teacher training in 2019.

A Doctor of Physical Therapy practicing locally in Cape Elizabeth, Brooke enjoys working with people in all stages of their health and wellness journey. In her classes you will find intentional sequencing and cueing, hints of anatomy, and a whole lot of energy. Brooke aims to make each class accessible whether it is your first class or your hundredth. When she’s not practicing barre, Brooke enjoys playing with her dog, Bailey, and searching for the perfect burrito with her husband
