Thea Hollman (she/they)

Thea earned their 200 hour yoga teaching certification in 2022. They hope to be a part of a larger movement to create space for people to come home to themselves and move through the world with more love, compassion, and sympathetic joy. They are excited to be doing that work at PYP!

In addition to teaching at PYP, Thea coordinates the Queer Youth Yoga Program at Sea Change Yoga. When she isn't teaching yoga she directs and coordinates a music camp for middle and highschool students. No matter what Thea is teaching, she creates an intentional and playful space for students to practice autonomy and choice around their experiences of movement and self-expression. In Thea's yoga class students can expect a fiery and mindful flow that opens up the whole body allowing the overactive mind to take a rest. Thea’s classes create an atmosphere of trust, acceptance, encouragement, and humor.

When Thea isn't teaching they are taking a nap, making a big meal, moving their body, and connecting with loved ones.
