THE INS & OUTS OF USING YOUR GIFT CARD AT PYP

If you purchased or received a gift card and have not yet redeemed it:

  • You can apply your gift card (you just need to input the gift card number) in the check out process on the MindBody App only. Gift card numbers do not work on the web browser.

  • You can also email us at here or stop by either studio location with your gift card number and we can apply it towards whatever purchase you wish to make.P

Have a gift card and have already applied it to your account balance and want to purchase something?

  • Log into your MBO account

  • Click the Online Store tab

  • Add any services & products you want to the chart

  • Click Check Out

  • Any account credit that you have available is presented at the top of the “Order Summary” screen. Click the Yes button to apply your credit towards the sale.

  • If there is any remaining amount owed for the transaction after the credit is applied, select an additional payment method (e.g., credit card, etc..)

  • Click Place Order to complete the sale
