Molly Donlan (she/her)

As a self-proclaimed neuroscience and energetic anatomy enthusiast, Molly’s teaching style is fueled by her passion for helping students renegotiate their connection between physical body and subtle energy body through nervous system regulation. Her yoga journey began in 2014 to relieve the physical pain and emotional burnout stemming from her career as an advocate for trauma survivors. Over time a combination of Yin Yoga and Reiki helped her heal what one doctor described as "the chronic hip pain of an 80 year old" leading Molly down a lifelong rabbit hole to learn as much as possible about these practices and to share them with anyone curious enough to step onto the mat.

Molly teaches from a trauma-informed lens and encourages folks to keep their approach to practice curiosity driven and light-hearted: she will often be heard chuckling quietly at her own jokes in class. She completed her 200hr training through Sacred Seeds Yoga School in 2017 and is certified in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin and Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Yoga for Trauma. She is a Reiki III Master Teacher, Crystal healer, and a YACEP E-200hr registered teacher through Yoga Alliance. Molly is deeply grateful for her teachers: Sagel Urlacher, Jacqui Bonwell, Katie Beane, Sarah Soggs, Krista Mitchell, and Erica Magro Cahill for their enthusiastic insights and kind-hearted wisdom. In her spare time, Molly enjoys filming TikTok videos, alphabetizing her extensive crystal collection, writing bad puns, and petting dogs. For more info about Molly, visit www.mollydonlan.com.
