Morag Howson (she/her)

Morag was introduced to yoga from a young age, as her mother taught yoga each week from her family home. She practiced yoga throughout high school to help with a knee injury, and then quickly found all the benefits beyond just the physical. Morag began her teacher training in 2015- to deepen her own practice and to bring the magic of yoga to others. She enjoys helping her students to ground, while offering challenging yet relaxing vinyasa classes. Morag completed her 200 hour Teacher Training in Maryland through a Baptiste inspired studio and she hopes to broaden her teaching expertise - focusing on how yoga can be incorporated in therapy. When not practicing yoga, Morag enjoys running with her dog, painting, making things and exploring new places!
