Kelsey Harfoush (she/her)

Kelsey started practicing yoga in 2015 and it quickly became an integral part of her life. She fell in love with the sense of calm and presence she feels in her body when practicing and is so excited to share that with you on the mat. She recently decided to take the next step in her yoga journey and completed her yoga teacher training through the Portland Yoga Project. Her goal is to create a fun and safe space for you to be present with your breath and move your body in a way that feels good and unique to you. She looks forward to seeing you on the mat soon!
