Join me for a 2-hour yoga class that blends dynamic movement and pranayama with deep rest. We'll begin with a steady, breath-centered vinyasa flow to gently warm the body, cultivate strength, and create space in both body and mind. Expect thoughtful sequencing that encourages presence, smooth and intentional movement, and physical challenge adapted to your level.
Pranayama (breathwork) will be woven throughout the practice, supporting focus, regulation, and a deeper connection to the body. The final portion of the class will invite you into long-held, restorative shapes — using props to fully support the body and allow for relaxation and integration.
This class is open to all levels, with options offered throughout. Come prepared to move, breathe, and rest deeply.
