Join Victoria as you ease your body and nervous system back into harmony. Brief asana practice will prepare the body for Yoga Nidra as we travel from the awareness of the physical body to the awareness of the subtle energetic body. Yoga Nidra is a passive practice that is designed to create deep relaxation in the body and mind. It is for everybody and every body. It requires no movement--just you and your mat. Once you are in a state of peace, you will bask in the vibrations of quartz singing bowls.
