Spring marks a turning point — from the quiet and dormancy of winter to a season of renewal, growth and possibility. Join me during the first week of spring to move, breathe, and set intentions for the season ahead.
In this 1.5-hour class, we will incorporate movement, pranayama, and Katonah Yoga™ practices to support the transition from winter into spring. We will begin with a short (optional) journaling practice, followed by pranayama and movement designed to open areas of the body and energetic lines that support seasonal renewal. This class is an opportunity to prepare your body and mind for spring with clarity and intention.
This class may be used toward required hours for those working toward Katonah Yoga™ certification.
