The position of Studio Assistant for the PYP Foundational Yoga Teacher Training is integral to the overall experience of the group, the facilitators, and the community at large. This scholarship is open to PYP Desk Staff who have been a part of the team for at least 6 months. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Arriving 30 minutes before the start of each day

• Staying 30 minutes after the close of each day

• Managing traffic flow as YTT students arrive in the midst of other PYP classes and events

• Tracking attendance of YTT participants

• Keeping the training space clean, tidy, and well maintained

• Making sure that the training space is supplied with adequate props while working with other teachers and classes that are happening simultaneously

• Supporting the overall use of space (emptying trash during breaks, making sure bathrooms are well stocked and that common space is tidy before and after lunch, keeping the water cooler filled) 

• Supporting communications between staff and students as necessary

• Helping to assemble manuals and pass out materials throughout the training

The YTT Studio Assistant must be able to commit to every weekend of the training.
