Summer is a season of outward and upward expansion—a time of growth, vitality, and connection. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, summer is associated with the Fire element and the Heart, inviting us to cultivate joy, creativity, and connection.
In this 1.5-hour workshop, we will explore the energetic qualities of summer through pranayama, movement, and Katonah Yoga™ practices. We will begin with a short (optional) journaling practice, followed by breathwork and a vinyasa class designed to support circulation, openness, and balanced expansion.
This workshop is an opportunity to move into the expansiveness of summer with clarity and intention, and to nourish what sustains you.
