Should I register online?

Yes, we highly recommend registering beforehand. This allows you to secure your spot. If there is a waitlist, please feel free to add yourself to the waitlist and keep an eye on your email to know if you have been moved from the waitlist to the class roster.

What should I wear?

Anything you are comfortable in and can move easily in.

Do I need grippy socks for barre class?

No, we do not require grippy socks for barre classes, but if you prefer them feel free to bring yours along with you for class.

Do you provide mats or towels for barre & yoga classes?

We do rent mats for $2. Unlimited monthly members have free mat storage provided at the studio. Towels are available for rent for $1.

What is barre?

Barre is a non-impact workout that blends pilates, yoga & traditional weight training to create a safe and effective full body workout. Using mostly your own body weight in class paired with simple, small movements this class is accessible to everyone. Class is accompanied by upbeat music.

Do I have to be flexible?

No, you do not have to flexible or β€œin shape” to do yoga or barre. We will meet you exactly where you are.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We have a four hour cancellation policy. This allows space to open up for those who want to get in to practice. If you cancel within the 4 hour window before class begins you may be subject to fee. Unlimited Members may be charged $5 for each late cancel, Class Pass students will be charged in full for the class & Intro Special students will lose 1 day of their Intro Special. HOUSE RULES

  1. No cell phones or electronics in the studios and be sure they are on silent (not vibrate.)

  2. No shoes in the studios.

  3. Arrive at least 10 minutes early before class.

  4. Always check in at the front desk before you do anything else.

  5. Let us know if you have any injuries and/or if you don't want hands-on adjustments.

  6. Place your props neatly back in their homes when class is over.

  7. Smile, have fun, be kind (to yourself & one another.)
