Ben offers individualized care and instruction, and tailors each session based on the needs, goals, and abilities of each person looking to be more comfortable in their body and mind. Specializing in modifications and adapting exercises and poses for those with injuries and physical limitations, Ben not only believes that people can mindfully move their way out of pain and suffering, but has personally made that journey himself and instructs from that perspective. Kelley - vinyasa, gentle, yin, prenatal yoga

Kelley specializes in various styles of the yoga practice including: Vinyasa, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga & Prenatal Yoga. If needed, her offerings can be breath centered to help practitioners find & maintain connection to their breath in a way that works for them in their practice. Kelley likes to check in with her students in each session together to gather information & determine goals in order to make best use of time. Depending on the goals or needs of the student, a private session may mimic the flow of a group class but more often than not, space is made for questions, curiosities, specifics & integration. Cathy - yin yoga

In a private setting you are offered individual attention and support for your own unique body structure. A private setting has the benefit of being able to weave energy healing into the experience. The practice of Yin Yoga brings discovery of the quieter (Yin) aspects of Self in a full spectrum discovery of body and spirit. Erin - yoga therapy

Erin is a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), a licensed massage therapist (LMT) as well as a yoga teacher. With decades of experience, she has regularly worked with clients for all kinds of orthopedic issues, mental health issues and systemic disorders such as cancer and cardiac concerns. Her 1:1 and small group sessions focus on creating a tailored yoga practice that may include postures, breathing techniques, meditation and philosophical discussion. Connecting with students through private or semi-private sessions is one of Mel’s passions. These sessions provide an opportunity to cater to individual student needs — whether establishing, fine-tuning, or reconnecting with their practice. Mel’s teaching weaves together various yoga styles, including alignment-based vinyasa, Katonah yoga, restorative yoga, and pranayama practices. She enjoys working with people to develop tools and techniques they can use in their day-to-day lives, and finds great joy in working closely with students to help them achieve their goals.
